Children Children 12 and under go free. Teens 13-16 reduced price. Forgetting to add club name If a member doesn’t add the club name they just need to let us know and we can add it for them. Driver to passenger. If you/club member have stated driver and need to pass the ticket to a passenger we can easily change it our end if you just let me know. Swapping clubs Also if some one is booked with a different club and want to join you I can change it this end. All they need to do is email me their order number. Vehicle passes We usually give all weekend vehicle passes to the club organiser to distribute in camping. This makes things easier but we can also give individual ones if required at the office. Upgrading If someone has a weekend ticket (2pm) and want to upgrade to a Queue Jump (10am) they can do that on the day. Just come to the office on arrival to pay the additional £5
